1、 What are system doors and windows?   

Doors and windows are a perfect organic combination of performance systems, which require consideration of a series of important functions such as water tightness, air tightness, wind pressure resistance, mechanical strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation, anti-theft, sun shading, weather resistance, and operating sensation, as well as the comprehensive performance of equipment, profiles, accessories, glass, adhesives, seals, etc. These are all essential, ultimately forming a high-performance door and window system.   

2、 What are the advantages of door and window systems compared to ordinary doors and windows?   

1. Different technical equipment

We all know that door and window enterprises are not producers of doors and windows, but assemblers of door and window accessories. The quality of aluminum alloy doors and windows depends more on the connection strength and the sealing of accessories. The traditional angle technology is applied to ordinary doors and windows, using extruded aluminum angle codes and impact angle connections, and then placing sealant at the edge of the extruded angle. However, there is no sealant in the aluminum profile joint, and it really needs to be sealed. Rainy weather and rainwater will enter the interior of the door and window through splicing fine seams. This process cannot guarantee the compactness of the composite angle and the sealing of the joint.   

However, the doors and windows of the system are different, as it uses special cast aluminum corner codes and hollow stainless steel pins with adhesive injection. Compared with traditional craftsmanship, it has two advantages: one is the expansion tension fixing technology, and the other is the injection sealing technology. Each cast aluminum corner code consists of two aluminum castings. When the stainless steel hollow pin is inserted, the two aluminum castings will automatically open, and with the matching tolerance of the corner code pin hole and the profile pin hole, the two 45 degree spliced profiles will be firmly tightened and fixed. After fixation, glue should be injected into the angle code through the injection hole of the pin. After the injection of glue is completed, the contour is completely sealed and the glue is spliced at a 45 degree angle from the inside of the hole. In this way, the gap between the angle code and the cavity is completely sealed, effectively ensuring good air tightness of the system doors and windows.   

2. Stability and performance

This system has an independent technical department for doors and windows, which conducts strict inspections and checks on all parts of the system to ensure the stability of the doors and windows. After 2-3 years of research and development of system doors and windows, comprehensive testing was conducted on the materials, performance, and quality of the entire system, and mature products were launched after achieving the expected goals.   

Ordinary doors and windows are assembled according to their own needs, and due to factors such as different quality and performance of each component, their stability is relatively poor during use; This is a temporary integration of a single project door and window product, which has not been fully tested yet.   

3. Flexibility

System doors and windows are all serialized and standardized products, with each component fixed and highly exclusive and incompatible based on different performance, slot structure, material supply, etc. The selection of series is based on project needs, with limited flexibility. However, in the era of customization, system doors and windows can be designed according to customer needs to produce suitable door and window products.   

Ordinary doors and windows can be configured according to their own needs, and door and window materials are available for domestic and foreign manufacturers to choose from. They can also be temporarily molded, which is flexible, but their quality and standardization cannot be guaranteed.
